I started working with Macs in 1985 during a Graphic Arts program in High School. I started a Freelance Graphic Arts business soon after that in 1991, doing work for small and large companies in the Philadelphia area. Since I couldn’t afford to pay someone every time a problem arose with my Mac, I had to learn to fix it all my self.
By the end of the 1990’s competition was stiff in the Graphics world, so this is when I migrated over to the IT side of the Mac world. I worked for a few years as a Field Service Technician for a company in King of Prussia. This is where I fine-tuned my ability to diagnose, repair, install and support all things related to the Mac. After leaving that position in 2003 I became the IT Manager for a World Wide Marketing Company in the Philadelphia area where I continued to develop my Mac and IT expertise.
I earned my first Apple Certification soon after the first version of Apple OS X was released, I currently hold several certifications from Apple, and I am a member of the Apple Consultants Network.
I fully understand the advertising and graphics business and all of the tools needed to stay on top in this extremely competitive marketplace.
